Alexandra (Ally) Futrell

Studio Owner • RYT 200


 Ally is the founder of Ashore Yoga Studio and a proud mom of three. Life as a busy mom keeps her on her toes, but movement has always been her outlet—starting with ballet as a child and later finding yoga. Ally's love for the yoga practice was deeply rekindled during her postpartum journey after having twins. That experience inspired her to open Ashore Yoga Studio—a space where others can feel supported, empowered, and at home in their bodies. Ally is especially passionate about guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum, and all of life’s transitions.

Stefanee Powell

Owner of Priya Mind & Body •RYT 500 Yoga Teacher • Somatic Therapist 


Stefanee Powell is a soulful yoga teacher and somatic therapist, passionate about helping others come home to themselves. As the founder of Priya Mind & Body, she blends movement, meditation, body work and energy work to create grounding, heart-centered experiences. Her teaching invites emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and deep embodiment; always rooted in the belief that the medicine is already within you.

Natalie DeRogatis

RYT 200 Yoga Teacher• Content Creator


Natalie’s classes are balanced, thoughtful, and rooted in mindful movement. With a background in dance, she brings a natural understanding of flow and form to each class.

Living by the coast and being part of Wilmington’s creative community continues to inspire her every day. Natalie found yoga at 15 as a way to heal from dance injuries, and it quickly became a practice that supports her both physically and mentally. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, her classes are welcoming and accessible, with a focus on building strength, exploring mobility, and feeling present in your body. Expect smooth sequences, a calm atmosphere, and space to move with intention.

Stephanie Stone

RYT 200 Yoga Teacher


Stephanie believes our bodies are living art—shaped by breath, emotion, and experience. With a deep appreciation for both strength and stillness, she encourages students to trust their bodies, honor their limits, and celebrate growth. Her classes blend mindful movement and inner awareness, creating a space that’s both challenging and grounding. Rooted in the belief that yoga is both discipline and surrender, Stephanie especially loves supporting those navigating midlife and beyond, helping them feel empowered, centered, and at home in their bodies.

River Britt

RYT 200 Yoga Teacher • Level 1 Reiki Practitioner


River is a nature-loving adventurer, psychology student, proud cat mom, and passionate yogi. A certified RYT 200 yoga teacher and Reiki Practitioner, River is deeply rooted in the connection between movement, mindfulness, and the balance of mind, body, and spirit. With a background in psychology and neuroscience, she is especially passionate about how yoga supports mental well-being, personal growth, and holistic healing. Her teaching style encourages students to trust their intuition, find their balance, and move through life’s tides with grace and awareness.
